　 　Robert M. Bushman教授，现任职于美国北卡罗来纳大学。
　 　Bushman教授是世界著名会计学者，曾在《The AccountingReview》、《Journal of Accounting Research》、《Journalof Accounting and Economics》等世界顶尖会计学术刊物上发表学术论文十余篇，他的主要研究特长是财务会计信息与公司治理。
